QuartzWeb is Open College Network NI’s online administration service. It allows OCN NI recognised centres to perform a range of day to day functions quickly and efficiently via a secure online system.
It provides a system where Centres and Learning Providers can complete the OCN NI registration process, submit Essential Skills assessment claims and enter results to ensure your learners get the certificates they are due.
