Arthritis Care NI Chair Based Exercise Launch

OCN NI were delighted to attend the launch of Arthritis Care NI Chair Based Exercise DVD.

The DVD was funded by the Big Lottery, produced by was Clean Slate TV, and facilitated by Lifedock. Karen Case facilitator of the program said "I was delighted to be involved in the development of this DVD. The DVD will enable people living with arthritis to participate in light exercise activities which will help increase mobility, not to mention the fun they can have while doing it!"

It combines the benefits of exercise by, helping people living with arthritis to experience some well instructed movement techniques and participate from the comfort of their own home."
