The NOCN Suite of Customer Service qualifications are designed to provide learners with the skills, knowledge and competences to operate successfully as customer service workers within a wide variety of industry contexts. The NOCN Level 1 Certificate in Customer Service qualifications are suitable for learners aged 14 years or over. The NOCN Level 2 and Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service qualifications are suitable for learners aged 16 years or over.
