In the Development Manager role, you will oversee the development and enhancement of qualifications and assessments. This involves ensuring the timely delivery of specifications and resources within budget while meeting quality standards established by both OCN NI and regulatory bodies.
You will hold a PGCE/PGCFHE teaching qualification or equivalent teaching qualification; a minimum of three years’ experience of qualification, vocational curriculum and or assessment design and delivery; along with a broad understanding of current developments and methodologies in education and training.

In the Quality Assurance Coordinator role, you will be responsible for planning and developing quality assurance processes to ensure compliant delivery of OCN NI qualifications. This includes managing external quality assurance tasks and designing and delivering training events.

In the Business Development Administrator role, you will offer support to both existing and new OCN NI centres across our qualifications and services. Additionally, you will assist the Business Development team with administrative duties related to qualification development, marketing, and sales.
You will hold a minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C to include English Language and Mathematics or above or equivalent vocationally related qualification/s (this may include Level 2 Essential Skills); a minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in an administrative office environment.
