To order a replacement certificate, please download our Replacement Certificate Form and return by email, with a copy of your ID:
Acceptable forms of ID are:
- Driving Licence
- Passport
- Approved ID Card

An e-Certificate will be emailed to you (at no charge). If you wish to receive a paper copy certificate, there is a charge of £25, which can be paid by BACS or cheque.
Please ensure the following requirements are met:
- Replacement Certificate Form completed
- If requesting a paper copy certificate, payments* can be made via BACS (please contact the office for bank details), or post a cheque (made payable to Open College Network Northern Ireland)
- Appropriate identification (scanned copy)
On receipt of the form and supporting documentation OCN NI will authenticate the claim and a replacement certificate(s) will be issued within 2 working days.
*Please note there is a £25 charge per re-issued certificate.
