OCN NI Level 1 Certificate in Retail Business

The OCN NI Level 1 Award and Certificate in Retail Business qualifications have been designed for learners who wish to achieve basic skills and knowledge required for working in a range of retail businesses.  The qualifications aim to: 

1. provide learners with basic understanding of retail business and employee standards within it
2. ensure learners have an awareness of the importance of health, safety and security within the retail business
