The OCN NI Level 2 Certificate and Diploma in Retail Knowledge qualifications are designed to develop the knowledge of those who are working or wish to work in the retail sector. These qualifications are mapped to National Occupational Standards (NOS) in Retail Knowledge where appropriate: NOS - Retail Knowledge, NOS - Sales of Alcoholic Beverages in Retail, NOS - Fresh Produce in Retail, NOS - Beauty Products in Retail, NOS - Plants in Retail, and NOS - Sales of Lottery Products. In order to achieve the OCN NI Level 2 Diploma in Retail Knowledge learners must complete a total of 37 credits, consisting of all mandatory units (10 credits) plus 27 credits from any optional unitsOCN NI have a number of resources that are available to assist in the delivery of this qualification.
